Fifteen Notion templates, each built around one profession's actual workflow rather than a generic dashboard with the labels changed.

Most Notion templates on sale are one database and a wall of empty views. They demo beautifully and are abandoned in a fortnight, because nobody designed for the day the enthusiasm runs out. Each of these starts from a real job — what a therapist bills for, what a wedding planner is chased about, what a freelancer forgets — and is built backwards from that.

How we are building it

Selling to strangers is the discipline here. There is no onboarding call, so the structure has to be obvious in the first minute or the buyer refunds — which is a much harder bar than building for a team you can explain it to, and it has improved every client handover since.

What is being built

• Fifteen systems across business, creative, personal and family workflows
• Relations and rollups doing the arithmetic, so nothing is counted twice
• Views that answer one question each rather than showing everything
• Entry templates, so adding a record is seconds and needs no decisions
• Sample data in every system, because a blank template is where buyers stop
