The idea
A property advisory site for Vrindavan and Mathura, and the reference build every later client site was cloned from.
Property advisory in a temple town runs on trust, and most agency sites actively spend it — stock photography, invented statistics, and a promise that could belong to any firm in any city.
How we are building it
Entrances above the fold use plain CSS keyframes and never an observer, because a throttled IntersectionObserver once left an entire hero invisible on load. Scroll reveals below the fold are gated behind a scripting media query, so a no-JS render still shows every word. The desktop navigation breaks at 1240px rather than at a round number, because nine single-line labels need roughly 1225px.
