The idea
The property-developer vertical, and the first template carrying real tooling rather than only content — an EMI calculator, a construction-progress tracker, and a registration number on every card.
A developer sells something that does not exist yet, so the site has to answer two questions an agency site never faces: can I afford it, and will it actually be finished. Neither is answered by photography.
How we are building it
Status is never colour alone. A buyer scanning phases needs to read 'ready to move' rather than infer it from green, and a colour-blind buyer needs the same information the rest get — so every state carries a label as well as a token.
