The idea

A consultancy site built on the same rebrandable core as the two agency sites, proving the architecture holds when the business model underneath it changes.

The third property business in a row wanted a site, and wanted it to look nothing like the other two. That is the real test of a rebrandable system: not whether it can be recoloured, but whether an advisory practice selling judgement can use the same skeleton as an agency selling listings without either looking borrowed.

How we are building it

Everything that changes between clients lives in four files and nothing in the component layer, which is what makes the third build days rather than weeks. The discipline is refusing to let a client-specific decision leak into a shared component — the moment one does, every future rebrand inherits it and the system quietly stops being a system.

What is being built

• The full site — services, credentials, process, enquiry
• Palette, type and copy derived from the practice, not swapped from a preset
• Enquiry routed to WhatsApp with the service and context already written in
• Structured data so the practice appears correctly in local search
• Measured contrast on every text colour, on both grounds
