The idea
The donor architecture for the whole template family — one page, one content file as the entire rebrand surface, and photography that degrades to a designed wash rather than a broken icon.
A restaurant that has just opened has no photographs yet, and waiting for a shoot is the usual reason a site never launches at all. So the first question was not how the site looks with pictures, but whether it is still worth publishing without them.
How we are building it
Everything a client changes lives in four files and nothing in the component layer. That constraint is what makes the second restaurant a matter of days, and it only holds if you refuse to let a client-specific decision leak into a shared component — the first time one does, every future rebrand inherits it.
