The idea

A three-page travel site for pilgrimage and adventure booking, built as static HTML with no build step, no dependencies and no backend.

The customer for a Char Dham yatra is often on a hill connection, on an older phone, and deciding quickly. Every kilobyte and every dependency is a tax on someone in exactly the moment they are ready to book.

How we are building it

Choosing no framework at all was the design decision, not a shortcut. There is nothing to hydrate, nothing to wait for and nothing to break on a weak connection — and the operator can edit a page without a toolchain, which is the difference between a site that stays current and one that does not.

• Three pages covering pilgrimage packages and adventure booking
• A booking sheet composing a structured message and handing off
• Static HTML with no build step, no dependencies and no backend
• Motion on transform and opacity only, for mid-range phones
